Thirty years, countless champions,
over three thousand lambs through the sale ring, and more friends than you can
imagine. Who would have dreamed that the Formula for Champions Sale would grow
into the largest annual club lamb East of the Mississippi sale offered by one
producer? And who could predict that a second generation of showmen would look
forward to attending the “FFC” with a parent who had won with a Slack lamb years
before?
Through the years the sheep have changed, trends have come and gone, and we have
experienced huge decreases in sheep numbers nationwide. What has been constant
is our desire to raise the best lambs that we can to fit your needs. In all
these years we have held true to our mission of raising the “complete meat
sheep,” and you have continued to support us.
Thank you for 30 great years. We appreciate all of your visits, reports of
success, and notes. But most of all we value your friendship and your
appreciation of heavy-boned, structurally-correct, meaty sheep. We look forward
to working with you for many more years.
